Learning Experience Designer/Developer II

Primary Talent Partners has an exciting remote opportunity with a client of ours. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months and an opportunity for extension or conversion. No C2C candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate: $45/hr

Schedule: fully remote, M to F, normal business hours

Description

Develop comprehensive and effective instructional designs and storyboards specifically designed for the company's learning modules.Utilize adult learning principles and strategies to ensure content is engaging and learner-centric, specifically within the context of the company.Create interactive and visually appealing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, tailored to the compnay's specific requirements.Incorporate multimedia elements, simulations, and other interactive components to enhance the learning experience for the company's employees.Develop training guides, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments that align with the company's specific learning objectives and support different learning styles.Ensure consistency and accuracy across all training materials tailored to the company's unique needs.Produce engaging videos to supplement the company's learning materials, utilizing video authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.Edit and enhance multimedia content specifically for the company to optimize impact and educational value.Manage multiple of the company's projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the company's stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for successful project execution.Provide train-the-trainer sessions specifically designed to equip the company's facilitators with the necessary skills to deliver training effectively.Support company trainers in understanding and implementing adult learning strategies within the organization's context.Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of learning materials tailored to the company to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.Implement improvements based on feedback and performance data specific to the company's learning needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development, specifically for organizations in the biomedical industry.Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.Experience with video authoring tools and multimedia content creation.Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, STAR), specifically within the context of the biomedical industry.Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
