Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher at Primavera School in Prescott, AZ, starting in July for the school year 2024-2025. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum for 3-5-year-olds, developing lesson plans, facilitating communication with parents, and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
QualificationsExperience working in a classroom with young studentsExperience in lesson planning and curriculum developmentKnowledge of the Montessori Education MethodStrong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practicesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience working with kindergarten-age childrenAbility to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environmentOrganizational and time management skillsPatience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young childrenValid teaching certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or working toward it
