📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Attention P & C Brokers and Agents! Prime Coverage Corp is looking to hire an in-house Personal Lines representative for our well-established agency in Jericho, NY that is a self-starter, independent thinker and problem solver that can work within tight times, quoting new business and assisting clients with the day-to-day processing for their policies, managing workload with professionalism and integrity.We have a very active P&C Personal Lines department and busy office that is team oriented.Qualifications:· Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.· Proficient in using carrier rating and quoting systems, comparing coverages and presenting multi-line competitive options.· At least 3 years of Insurance Agency or wholesale Insurance experience with abilities to multitask, work independently and prioritize workload.· Outstanding Customer Service and exceptional communication skills are required, written and verbal.· Experience in the support and service of new and existing business, processing endorsements, issuing binders and ID cards, handling billing issues and following up in a timely manner to clients, prospects and underwriters.Company offers a base, 401K, and additional incentive and voluntary benefits.
