Summary:We are looking for a District Manager who can act as the business owner to lead and grow our portfolio of stores in the assigned region. This role will take ownership in the growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, and direction of the company within the market.

The District Manager will support 12+ locations (TBD) in the CT and MA area.

Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize the portfolios NOI;Enable and drive strong operational performance of the assigned portfolio of businesses;Inspire, lead, and develop the team;Monitor and improve sales, cost management, employee management, and safety;Identify and drive opportunities to improve business performance;Enforce all company policies, procedures, and code of ethics;Manage employee performance including hiring, termination, discipline, development and management;Manage escalations and approvals in a timely and thorough manner;

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required;Minimum of five (5) years of multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience;Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills;Demonstrated experience in building “ownership” and accountability in a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities;Able to prioritize multiple projects and deal with numerous interruptions;Work well under pressure, meeting deadlines consistently;Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead 20-35+ employees;Computer skills: Solid understanding of the Microsoft suite of products;Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.Must be able to perform some of the physical requirements of the job (ability to lift 50lbs);Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation;Ability to travel within the district and to other designated locations as directed by the company.
