Training and Development Manager

Prime IV Hydration and Wellness is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our growing franchised network as well as lead a team of trainers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating all aspects of our in-person new Franchise Owner training, as well as ongoing virtual training sessions and webinars. With a deep understanding of instructional design principles and multimedia content creation, you will ensure our training materials are engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with operational best practices. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with a passion for training and development, will be instrumental in equipping new franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary for success. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant training experience, preferably in the franchising or medical industries, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and franchisees.Position Responsibilities:· Manage a team of trainers who provide in-house and on-site training.· Participate in any pre-work training requirements leading up to in-person training to ensure preparation for launch.· Evaluate effectiveness of new Franchise Owner training through performance monitoring and feedback surveys.· Regularly update and enhance new franchise owner training accordingly.· Maintain and enhance reference materials distributed for use during and after class to ensure content is up to date and reflects any operational or best practice protocols.· Host and conduct virtual training / re-training / webinars as needed.· Participate / assist with site-visits as needed· Create and maintain training schedule for both on-line and in-person training classes.· Collaborate with Business Success and Franchise Support teams on ongoing post-open training based on field feedback and metrics. Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and department heads.Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:Pay transparency in Colorado.
