Are you an exceptionally skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative experience? We are actively seeking an ambitious Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team within an esteemed financial institution.
Your Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to a diverse team, including Vice Presidents, within our prestigious organization. This demanding and fast-paced position calls for a self-motivated individual capable of collaborative teamwork with other assistants supporting various groups within the Division. You will receive comprehensive training and continuous support, with the potential to advance into a more senior role based on exceptional performance.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:Manage complex calendars for financial and investment professionals Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Coordinate room bookings, schedule meetings, and conference calls across multiple time zones and locationsManage travel arrangements, including visa applications, international flight & accommodation bookings, car reservations, and expense management Provide phone/vacation coverage for colleagues Support teams with day-to-day issues, needs, and queries
Executive Assistant Requirements:Must have 1 to 2 years of administrative experienceBachelorβs degree is preferred Experience supporting high-level individuals within Financial Services and/or Investment Banking is preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to prioritize various time-sensitive tasks Dependability and keen attention to detail, with strong multitasking skills Professional communication skills in person, on the phone, and via emailComfortable collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally Flexibility and adaptability to work and support across multiple teams Resourceful with the initiative to proactively address challenges Ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential business matters
