Experienced Software Engineer (Salesforce)

What You'll Do

Come join our Enterprise Business Solutions team and partner with areas across the enterprise to enable a customer centric experience leveraging Salesforce Customer Data Platform. This is a dynamic team at the ground level of CDP and all the capabilities the platform enables. Lots of exciting opportunities for a candidate that is looking to get in at initial stages and build out robust solutions.

You will play a critical role in designing, developing and maintaining our Salesforce CDP while integrating with various sources utilizing AWS, Snowflake and API’s. We integrate our technology stack with other enterprise solutions to connect data and deliver a cohesive customer experience across interaction channels like web, mobile, and email. We need someone who can help our team deliver this exciting work! 

We work on all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and consider ourselves full stack engineers. This can cover discovery, design, dev, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.  Our team collaborates throughout the workday and we flex between mob, pair and solo approaches to meet the needs of the work effort.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with

Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce CDP is required.Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow.Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners.

Additional preferred technical experience: 

AWS Cloud platform experience including AWS Cloud Services (S3, Glue, Athena, etc.) preferred, but open to other cloud platform experience (GCP, Heroku, etc.)  Snowflake experience.Experience with API calls and system integrations.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$77350 - $182400 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
