지역 영업 관리자

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Current business in the US is mainly based on e-commerce with Shopify & Amazon, so we aggressively explore the retail (brick & mortar store) expansion.The candidate is responsible for finding distributors and deploy the sales with 2nd. tier retailers & etailers.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the learning and development of the sales teamCoordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leadsTrack and report all sales activitiesDevelop and execute sales strategy through market analysisOn-site meeting with product demoPitching to the purchasing manager at distributor, retailer and etailer.

QualificationsExperience managing sales teams (over 5 years recommended)Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skills - English & KoreanUS citizen / US permanent resident and green card holder

미국에서의 사업은 현재 아마존 및 자사몰 중심의 온라인 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며 사업 확장을 위한 오프라인 진출이 필요하여 이를 수행 할 영업 인력을 필요로 하고 있음. 신규 distributor를 발굴 하고 또한 오프라인 및 2nd. TIER 판매를 위한 Retailer/etailer들을 개척 해야 하는 임무가 있음. 현재 본사에서 개척중인 거래선들을 방문하여 사업 설명 및 제품 demo들 활발한 업무를 하며 또한 신규 거래선 개척 및 Retailer / etailer등 2nd tier를 방문 하여 pruchasing manager들 대상으로 제품 설명 및 demo를 통해 영업을 해야 하는 임무가 있습니다. [업무내용]- Distributor 개척 및 관리- 2nd Tier Retailer/etailer 개척 및 관리- 오더 입수 및 영업 관리- 거래선 방문 및 신규 유통 개척- 제품 demo 및 계약 성사 [필수사항]- 5년 이상 미국 business development 경험 보유- 미국내 Distributor, Retailer 개척 및 관리 경험- 오더 입수 및 영업(매출, 재고, 채권등) 관리 경험- 미국 시민권자/영주권자로서 영어 및 한국어 능통한자 우대- 한국 업체에서 business development 경험자 우대- 영업 마인드가 있고 새로운 도전을 통해 성취 욕구가 있는자- 미국 유통 구조를 이해 하고 2nd tier 성격을 이해하고 있으신 분
