📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Exciting Opportunity in Compensation Management! We're seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, modeling, and analyzing compensation programs for various units. Reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards, you'll lead compensation planning, forecasting, and the year-end and mid-year compensation salary and bonus cycles. Collaboration with senior leadership, business unit leaders, HRBPs, and finance members is key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Develop the compensation strategy and communicate related employee communicationsCollaborate with business units and HRBPs on annual compensation reviews, bonus planning, and competitive offersCreate and present materials on compensation and analysis for executive meetingsPrepare and distribute reports on a regular and ad hoc basisRespond to compensation data inquiries from managers and employeesCollaborate with Finance on compensation expense modelsSynthesize complex analysis into actionable insights for senior leadershipRecommend solutions for compensation-related issuesMentor junior compensation professionalsGeneral Qualifications:12-18 years of previous experience in an analytical Compensation role, preferably in the financial services industryBachelor's degree required Solid understanding of financial concepts, including experience with financial modelingStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectivelyExperience with incentive plan design and equity program managementPrior management experienceAbility to develop and adapt compensation strategies to meet business needsStrong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions from quantitative and qualitative dataCollaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent attention to detailProficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Indexing, Sumproduct, Pivot Tables, Graphs/Charts)Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and handle confidential informationPrior experience with carried interest plans a plusStrong project management skillsMBA and/or CFA a plusIf you're a proactive leader with a passion for compensation management and meeting high expectations, we invite you to apply and be part of our innovative team!
