We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Nurse Supervisor in our Boston area territory.
The Privatus Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the services provided to our clients, from establishing an initial care plan, making frequent visits to the client, supervising our caregivers, and maintaining required documentation. Most importantly, the supervisor develops trusting relationships, creating experiences that ‘WOW’ our clients and caregivers alike.Rather than traditional nursing roles that are task focused, the Privatus Nurse Supervisor embraces holistic care and supports lifestyle and personal preferences whenever possible. Instead of rushing from one client to the next, you can finally take the time necessary to build relationships and pay attention to the little things that matter most.
The successful candidate will have:Valid MA Registered Nurse (RN) LicenseValid Basic Life Support CardA minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two in an acute care settingValid driver’s licenseExperience in home care and/or private care preferredFull Covid-19 vaccination required
