Theatrical Integrator - Senior A/V Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:Install theatrical audio-visual equipment, involving tasks such as running control wire, connecting low voltage wiring, and configuring systems.Acquire and uphold certification as a Certified Technology Specialist - Installation (CTS-I) or Certified Technology Specialist - Design (CTS-D).Collaborate closely with clients to address their sales, installation, training, and maintenance needs for audio-visual equipment, particularly within theatrical and performance settings.Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD for both interpreting and creating technical drawings.Engage in physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and transporting items weighing over 50 lbs.Adhere to safety regulations in existing or under-construction venues, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment like hard hats, safety glasses, hi-vis vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.Perform tasks at elevated heights using personnel lifts or scaffolding.Be prepared for occasional travel and overnight stays in accommodations with colleagues.Be flexible with overtime requirements as needed.

Professional Qualities:Strong proficiency in AutoCad to create and modify drawings. Maintain polite, courteous, tactful communication with clients and company staff.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Punctual, responsible, have organized work habits and be able to keep up with deadlines and complete daily work on time.Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Exhibit values that include integrity, accountability and a willingness to have fun.Work equally well as an individual contributor or team member.Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast paced and high pressure environment.Must maintain confidentiality at all times.

Additional Information:Full-time non-exempt position; pay range starting at $25.00- $30.00 per hour depending on experience, education, and training.Medical, dental, vision, life, employee assistance program and supplemental insurance coverages available.Short Term, Long Term and Life Insurance policy.Eight paid holidays per year.
