Provides personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager. Assigned to specific clients and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort.

Essential Functions
Read and record temperature, pulse, and respirationPatient hygiene - bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toiletingMaintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment - meal preparation, laundry, light housekeepingFollow written assignment and instructionsComplete and submit appropriate documentation
Qualifications
Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practiceAt least eighteen (18) years of ageCurrent CPR certification and TB test
Standard Rate: $13.50 - $16.00 Hourly
