Performs nursing functions in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws and within the state-specific scope of practice of a licensed practical/vocational nurse and as defined by the Agency. Delivers care to clients as delegated by the regional director of clinical operations, senior case manager or case manager.

Essential Functions
Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differencesAssess client and implement a plan of careMaintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkersEvaluate client response to interventionsPerform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standardsPossess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursingCurrent, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state(s) of practiceNew grads welcomeCurrent CPR certification and TB test
Standard Rate: $28.00 - $30.50 Hourly
