A leading pioneer in the autonomous transportation industry is currently seeking a Video Editor for a 6-MONTH CONTRACT opportunity local to Foster City, CA. As a Video Editor, individuals should have extensive knowledge of industry standards, and multimedia production technology (Adobe Premiere). INDIVIDUALS MUST BE LOCAL TO FOSTER CITY, CA FOR CONSIDERATION

Video Editor Requirements:5+ years of work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media, Broadcasting, or another similar area.Extensive field and studio experience for a creative agency or internal creative team.Expert competence in video editing systems including, but not limited to Adobe Premiere or Davinci Resolve (Davinci Resolve is preferred for editing and grading).Experience with video production, production of creative assets, photo editing, motion graphics, etc.Strong instincts for effective visual storytelling and working ability within Adobe Creative Suite.Extensive experience with Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop and After Effects preferred.
Video Editor Responsibilities:Lead the editing of video projects from ingestion of raw footage to final deliverables, while collaborating with Creative and Marketing teams throughout the process (from concept to completed video).Assist with smaller productions, setting up lights, cameras, audio equipment, and manning cameras during interviews and capturing b-roll.Collaborate with various teams on video projects for social media content, trailers, educational longer-form videos, video ads, sizzle reels, b-roll, internal explainer videos, etc.
