Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Staff Accountant at ProfitPanda CFO located in Greenville, SC. The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including financial statement preparation, bookkeeping and reviewing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Staff Accountant will collaborate with other members of the finance team to optimize financial processes and provide support in financial planning and forecasting.
QualificationsMust have experience working in a CPA firm managing 10-15 client relationships independently. Expert in QuickBooks Online (Ability to clean up financial records, complete desktop conversions, troubleshoot software issues, and operate within the platform independently).Ability to reconcile Tax Return to QBO Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles and practicesProficiency in financial analysis and reportingExperience in managing accounts payable and receivableAttention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record keepingExperience with financial software and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA certification is a plusExperience in the construction or home service industry is a plus
