IT Manager - Progressive Fleet
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an IT manager on the IT Data team within Progressive Fleet and Specialty Programs (FSP), you’ll lead technical resources aligned to one of the many data reporting and data integration value streams (enterprise data warehouse, Business Objects reporting, Majesco, Workday financial integration, Claims Guidewire, etc.). This team is responsible for developing and enhancing data solutions to support the data analytics and reporting needs to support the growth of FSP business in alignment with Progressive Commercial Lines’ data strategies. You’ll partner with a diverse and experienced management team (Business and IT) to drive and optimize the organization’s data needs.
This is a remote position for US-based work only with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project deliveryInstead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted

Compensation
$125,200-$153,000/year depending on experienceGainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
