As a senior manager in Progressive’s Information Security department, you’ll manage the activities and teams involved in reducing the risk to the company's digital and physical information. This includes identifying and advising senior management about risks that cross multiple security functions from the perspective of information security, privacy, and compliance. In this role, you’ll support the director of information security by creating and managing roadmaps and work plans that implement the information security strategy and complete department tasks and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around planning, prioritizing, and organizing multiple security teams to manage risk and achieve strategic goals.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training based on business needs.
Must Have Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher and a minimum of ten 10 years of experience in the information security field, including at least three years in a leadership role in the risk management field
In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or higher and a minimum of 13 years related work experienceAn advanced related degree may be substituted for one year of relevant work experience

Ability to implement effective Information Security strategies through appropriate prioritization and planning while meeting operational goalsStrong risk management experience, including managing and communicating complex risks to senior IT and business leadership. With at least three years in a leadership role in the risk management fieldInterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and influence business constituents, including Business LeadersAbility to influence others to achieve desired results and work with other organizational leaders to meet Company goalsAbility to consistently demonstrate leadership and the ability to focus the organization on key information security activities that have a significant impact on the Company
Compensation
$122,400 - $174,800/yearGainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performanceParticipation in our restricted stock unit plan
