📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a senior multiline representative on our claims team, you’ll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex specialty lines losses within a territory. Day-to-day duties will involve investigating and analyzing the extent of our liability for property or injury losses, coverage analysis and interpretation. Additionally, you’ll collaborate and negotiate with repair service providers to effectively and efficiently settle claims for our customers.
Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, and one year of work experience in the automotive repair or insurance industryInstead of a degree, a total of five years of work experience, some of which must be in the automotive repair or insurance industryValid driver’s license and auto insurance along with compliance with Progressive’s driving standards and/or policies
Compensation
$74,000 - $80,000/yearGainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
