📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a workforce management system consultant on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Workforce Management (WFM) team, you'll work with a team of business system consultants and process consultants to support the Verint system. As a subject matter expert in the Verint system, you’ll gather system requirements, meet those system requirements, or negotiate alternatives. You’ll work with the Customer Experience team and our partners in IT to identify and remedy system issues. In addition, you’ll implement changes and provide recommendations within the system, aligning with the team’s best practices and your knowledge of the Verint system.
This is a remote position.
Must-have Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.){OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
Preferred Skills
Advanced knowledge of the Verint system and its functionalityExperience working with software vendors and employees to resolve system issuesExperience working on a team to identify and implement system improvementsExperience administering Workforce Management processes including forecasting, employee requests and schedule changes
Compensation
$77,100 - $102,800/yearGainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
