Senior Director, Sales and Marketing (Hybrid)

At Vive Financial, we pride ourselves in providing a product that is transforming the way merchants do business, and we’re looking for a Senior Director, Sales and Marketing to continue and strengthen that transformation. Reporting to the Company President, this position on our executive team will work closely with multiple stakeholders to execute sales and marketing strategies.

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US.

Your Day-to-day

Oversee all aspects of Sales & MarketingDevelop markets and merchantsForecast production and spend budgetsBuild relationships with merchantsResearch new strategies and marketsEstablish and implement department goalsAnalyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and results

YOU'LL BRING

5+ years of experience leading sales and marketing teamsAn understanding of retail, consumer finance, and product marketing is a plusHigh-integrity ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product and serviceAbility to harmonize and focus multiple stakeholders on working toward a common goalBachelor’s degree in either Business or related field is preferred
