Utility Business Analyst
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Progressive Global Energy is hiring a Business Analyst for an initial 12-month contract with a large scale utility company in their Plymouth Meeting, PA location.
This position is hybrid and pay ranges $70 - 80 per hour based on experience level. The Business Analyst position will involve:Maintain deep knowledge of technology and its applications in Electric DistributionPerform database maintenance, display build and point-to pointed testing of distribution and substation devices.Participate in technological innovation to drive new business opportunities and solve complex business problems.Work under minimal supervisionMust Haves:Bachelor's degree in computer science, electric engineering, or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Broad technical expertise with deep technical knowledge in at least one area: Strong knowledge of the Electric Distribution System, Substations and Micro Grids, and the technology associated with that industry.Excellent communications skills - Able to effectively communicate highly technical information in nontechnical terminology (written and verbal).Understanding of change management principles associated with innovative technology implementationsIf you are interested in learning more about this Business Analyst position in Plymouth Meeting and meet the above criteria, please send your latest resume for review.
