Traffic Coating Installer
Progressive Roofing is hiring for multiple Traffic Coating Installer roles (including Lead Traffic Coating Installers, Installers, and Laborers) for our Phoenix, Arizona service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing traffic coatings, but no experience is required (hourly rate offered will be based on experience, if any). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while collaborating with a talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities:Install traffic coatings on various surfaces, including concrete and plywood, according to project specifications and industry standards.Prepare surfaces for coating application by cleaning, repairing, and leveling as necessary.Apply primers, sealants, and coatings using appropriate techniques and equipment, ensuring uniform coverage and adherence.Perform quality inspections to verify coating thickness, adhesion, and finish quality, making adjustments as needed.Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Ideal Requirements:Previous experience in traffic coating installation.Knowledge of materials, application techniques, and surface preparation methods.Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
