We are dedicated to providing the best products for our customers' farms and offer unique opportunities for individuals and organizations to represent ProHarvest Seeds in select territories with a diverse genetic offering for field by field placement
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Seed Specialist at ProHarvest Seeds. The Seed Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers with seed selection, providing technical support, conducting field trials and evaluations, and managing relationships with growers. Although the role is primarily located in Northern Illinois, there is flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications Knowledge of seed genetics and agronomyExperience in seed sales or the agricultural industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and interpret dataOrganizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field and/or 3 years work experience in desired geography.
