We are committed to helping our customers in the telecommunication and utility industries manage their outside plant needs. Over the last 20 years, we have built our expertise and have become subject matter experts (SMEs) on all things outside plant engineering.

PRG is looking for a Project Coordinator to help with our FRELO Team! Is that you?

The FRELO Project Coordinator position will help fill a growing need for focused project work for cable and telecommunications clients in the Forced Relocation (FRELO) areas. The tasks associated with this position will be managed directly by the FRELO Manager and will be focused on continued growth in FRELO within their region.

In the office, you’ll be responsible for the following functions:

Responsibilities Include

Build and send support packages, invoices and agreements to liable parties i.e homeowners, small businesses, large corporations, and municipalitiesWork via phone/email to negotiate and secure payments and signed agreementsUse photographs, narrative, job costs, site sketches, and other components that clients provide to visualize and understand the Force Relocation and other projectsLearn, understand, and be able to utilize state/local/federal statues, laws and franchise agreementsInterface with multiple clients across different marketsNavigate specific client systems that construction teams utilize to track projects from start to finish.Update the PRG project platforms to keep and maintain recordsDevelop a professional working relationship with developers, clients, city officials, management team and other personnelAchieve monthly recovery targets set by the departmentParticipate in weekly department meetings to discuss individual recovery numbers and goalsAssist with other departmental administrative duties/functions as neededOversee an active project queue of 100 or more projectsProvide recovery updates to clients on individual projectsFollow advanced department handling procedures as detailed by the department manager.

Experience

Preferred experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projectsPrevious experience in construction, cable, and utility industryExceptional writing and communication skills, with a heavy focus on phone and emailWorking knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programsCollege degree not required but preferred
