<p>The study explores how managers at large organisations approach leadership, decision-making, organisational change, career development, and the growing use of AI in the workplace. Your professional experience will help researchers understand how these developments affect leaders and their teams.</p>

<li>Sharing your views on leadership, management, and workplace change</li>

<h3><em>Who we're looking for</em></h3>
<p>You may be eligible if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Currently live and work in Germany</li>
<li>Currently work as a <strong>Senior Projektmanager / Program Manager</strong> or in a closely comparable senior role</li>
<li>Lead significant projects, programmes, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Work for an organisation with <strong>at least 1,000 employees</strong></li>
<li>Are comfortable completing an online survey in English</li>
<li>Meet the requirements in the study's short pre-screening questionnaire</li>
</ul>
<p>Participants may be asked to verify their identity, location, professional background, or other eligibility information.</p>
