Pay: $52k-$60k + commission!
Experience: Previous hunting and B2B sales (ideally selling services); strong competitive nature is ideal
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Job Description
Develop new accounts to maximize gross profit Sells company products and services as solutions to established problems with discipline and vigor Conduct a high volume of selling or persuading activity aligned with the plan Conduct effective discovery meetings to uncover pain points as aligned with products and services Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM, or other similar database Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value Forecast Closed Deals (Sales, Recruiting, etc.) Educate users, clients and prospects about products and services providing relevant and accurate information Responsible for building a territory within a two-hour radius of Tulsa, OK
Position Requirements
Must have reliable transportation Proven ability to build relationships, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent follow-through skills and effective time management Proficient in phone sales with a sense of urgency Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Outstanding multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills Willingness to embrace feedback as a valuable learning tool for personal and professional growth
