📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position: Installation Technician
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $20/hr
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in installation and service work. OK Alarm License is required
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (With the ability to be on call as needed)

Job Description
Design system layout utilizing various equipmentInstall equipment in commercial customers’ individual locations and/or homesEducate customers on installed equipmentPromote and sell additional equipment and services to customersTest features of systems to ensure they function properlyComplete necessary paperwork (work and service orders, time logs, etc.)Maintain equipment inventoryAssist with the training of other employeesSafely operate and maintain the Company vehicleOther duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Burglary and Residential Fire Systems (required)Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Commerical Fire Systems (preferred)Basic computer and math skillsStrong customer service skills and experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsComfortable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
