📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position: Service Technician
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $20/hr
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in installation and service work. OK Alarm License is required
Education: High school diploma or GED certification, preferred
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Ability to work evenings, alternating work schedules, and be on call as needed)

Job Description
Locate and fix damaged equipment or wiringEducate and train customers on installed equipment/systemPromote and sell additional equipment and services to customersComplete necessary paperwork, including work orders, service orders, time logs, etc.Test features of systems to ensure they function properly and diagnose malfunctionsCoordinate inspections and/or installations with police, fire departments, or other appropriate agenciesRead blueprints, building, electrical, and sprinkler plans to complete repairsAssist with the training of other employeesTrain other employees as neededSafely operate and maintain the Company vehicleOther duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Possess a valid driver's licenseBurglary and Residential Fire Systems (required)Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Commerical Fire Systems (preferred)Basic computer and math skillsStrong customer service skills and experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to effectively troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise
