Provides Primary healthcare to the full spectrum of patients of different ages. Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients. Plans, provides, and documents patient care plans.
Requirements
Active APNP license in the State & active board certification as an NP Active PA board certification AND Active PA license in the State. Active DEA license unrestricted or ability to apply for such license before or upon hire CPR certification and others as required and relevant to the practice area 1-2 years in outpatient neurology (Preferred)
