Who you are
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or similar field. 4-6+ years of accounting experience including financial reporting, lease accounting, and property accounting. Excel guru with recent experience preparing financial statements within Excel. Extensive ASC 842 experience. CPA preferred, but not required.
What you’ll do:
Manage the financial reporting process including preparing 5 sets of financials each month. Lead all lease accounting and property accounting including PP&E and fixed assets. Debt reporting and ad-hoc reporting for various stakeholders. System administrator for Sage Intacct.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is 120-130K, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
