Director, Technical Development
This groundbreaking immunotherapy start up is looking to add a Director of Technical Development to the Tech Ops team! Your experience with cell therapy process development and writing technical reports will help you stand out in this role.
What you will do
Oversee and optimize process development and analytical activities. Perform all technical report writing, adherent cell culture scale up, and analytical activities alongside the R&D team Develop and implement new products and technologies to improve scale up processes
Who you are
PhD with 5 years or MS/BS with over 12 years of experience with process development Experience with IND/BLA submissions Experience with taking products from R&D to early phase clinical trials. Must have experience with adherent cell culture Cell therapy experience is preferred, however any vaccine/injectable experience is fine

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
