Who you are
Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of customer service or project management experience. Detailed, organized, flexible and service oriented with ability to multi-task. Strong time management and resource management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software, experience with Word and Excel are required.
What you'll do
Responsible for order preparation, order management, file control and operations related to project quotes. Working in tandem with Account Manager or Account Executive, as well as Estimator to ensure timely processing of orders and tracking. Reviewing acknowledges to ensure order accuracy, creates status reports and keeps them current. Manages punch list/warranty resolution. Provide accurate billing forecasting to the CFO, ensuring orders are marked for invoicing at appropriate times.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $55K-80K, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
