Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or similar + 5 years of experience (or equivalent combination).PHR certification (preferred).Strong knowledge of HR disciplines (employee relations, diversity, performance management, etc.).Experience in automotive manufacturing (a plus).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Skilled negotiator and conflict manager.Strong understanding of diversity and multicultural workplaces.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
