Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or leadership role.Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex situations.Proficient in HR software and technology tools.A passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment.
