Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee all aspects of structural engineering projects. You will play a key role in client communication, project budgeting and scheduling, design review, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage project scope, budget, and schedule from conception to completion.Lead and mentored a team of design engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Oversee all phases of structural engineering design, from initial concept to construction documents.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders.Prepare proposals to secure new projects and maintain strong client relationships.Contribute to the advancement of the firm's technical knowledge and standard
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, Master's degree a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in project management.PE license required, SE license preferred.Strong proficiency in structural engineering software (RISA 3D, ETABS, etc.) and BIM tools (REVIT structural).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm in meetings and conferences.Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
