📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Insurance – Senior Claims Advocate opening in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. Responsible for all claim handling aspects of assigned accounts; actively advocate on behalf of client and work claim toward resolution; communicate with insureds, carriers and other necessary parties to monitor and track all open and /or closed claims for assigned accounts; request and gather necessary documents, information and data for claims analysis; prepare Claims Reviews; maintain and actively monitor claims diary; maintain and actively monitor claims diary; analyze new claims for coverage issues.
