We are currently looking for a FULL-TIME FLOATER Physical Therapist to provide coverage for 8 locations.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve patient goals Provide hands-on manual therapy and specialized exercise Work collaboratively with physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to ensure optimal patient care Manage patient caseload and documentation using electronic medical record software

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program State licensure Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Clinic Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm, Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

Base Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 / year + monthly patient incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients a day

Now offering sign on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!**

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
