Mortgage Branch Manager - (Pulte Mortgage)

Job Summary

Provides Mortgage leadership by generating an effective mortgage strategy and working with the Homebuilder to produce the targeted capture rate.

Responsibilities

Drives all training for sales professionals on the benefits of Pulte Mortgage including but not limited to the expanded customer inquiry tools, online application process and after application tools for tracking customer status. Proactively pursue and secure signups for PMLLC at point of saleActively participate with builder in Homebuyer and/or Realtor events designed to generate community interestSets standards for customer service in conjunction with local homebuilding management and achieve a 90% customer satisfaction ratingAttend all community and leadership meetings as a member of the Division Senior Operating teamPartner with Fulfillment Center to Manage the integrity of the Division’s Backlog and communicate with Division Sales Management teamEnsures subdivision approval and status. Maintains Pulte profit motive and manage branch financial performance

Required Education

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position.

Required Experience

Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programsThis position is subject to the CFPB Loan Originator Compensation Rule
