Position OverviewAs our Web Designer, you'll be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life. Collaborate with our dynamic team, unleash your creativity, and make a lasting impact in the digital realm.This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain more web design experience and work in an agency structure. If you enjoy working in lots of different areas, we're a great fit. Our clients span across just about every industry imaginable. No project is the same!
Responsibilities:Partner with clients and colleagues to understand project goals and user needs.Utilize templates, design mockups, and elements to create web layouts.Develop responsive and visually stunning website layouts and graphics.Ensure design consistency and functionality across various devices.Stay updated on design trends and best practices to drive innovation.Conduct thorough testing and refinement to deliver top-notch results.Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines with finesse.Setup & manage client Google Business profiles.Setup & manage client email accounts.Manage our existing client websites and provide client web support.
Required Qualifications:Understanding of design principles and aesthetics.Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration.Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for pixel-perfect design.Self-motivated and able to thrive without being directly monitored.Prior experience in web design or a related field.Unwavering honesty, respect, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:Webflow (or Figma) and Wix design experience.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Adobe Suite design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).Understanding of SEO.Google Ads experience.Google Workspace setup experience.Asana or Kanban project management experience.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
