Job Duties
Duties to include taking field service requests, creating work orders in the accounting software, scheduling and dispatching technicians, maintaining weekly schedules for multiple technicians, review technician time sheets, maintaining accurate customer information in database, filing, and other job duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
Must have 1-3 years previous dispatch and customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hr
