The RoleOur customer service representatives and office administrative employees assist in many areas of our day-to-day work. In particular, the job has a heavy focus on interacting with our customers. All of our Arizona employees work at our Tempe headquarters full time. In particular, the job includes the following responsibilities.• Communicating with customers over the phone and by email• Taking customer orders/writing up orders over phone and email• Creating quotes for customers• Assisting Customers with requests and questions• Various administrative tasks• Assisting colleagues as needed Our office consists of a collaborative, supportive, and focused group of employees.
