Hybrid HR Analyst
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a global fashion brand, is looking to hire an HR Analyst to join the team at their corporate office in New York City on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a full-time, perm position.
Job Duties Include:Compile and create reports for Finance, HR and other business partners as needed (staff hours, payroll, vacation accrual, benefits, tax, etc.)Analyze statistical trends and patterns for turnover, compliance, recruitment, etc.Oversee HR budgeting forecasting files and bonus calculations for corporate & retailEnsure data integrity for company HR records, including invoice management and monthly audits
Job Qualifications Include:3+ years of HR and benefits administration experienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or related fieldAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsHistory of working in a retail settingExperience with payrolling systems (ADP)Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary: $90-100k annually
