Studio Manager, Hudson Yards

Our client, an experiential retail brand, is looking to hire an Experiential Studio Manager to join their team onsite in New York City.

Job Duties Include

Analyze reports to identify opportunities in key metrics Develops team’s understanding of business metrics and reporting Set clear expectations and targets for store’s team Educate clients on the client’s unique shopping experience Identify and escalate client feedback to improve overall experience Manage scheduling within the labor allocation and audits for payroll accuracy Delegate responsibilities to the management team’s divisions Ensure the team’s accountable to meet directive execution dates Maintain knowledge of operating procedures to ensure client experience, work safety, and record keeping standards are met Ensure inventory control through POS accuracy and loss prevention measures Recruit team and ensure successful onboarding and continued development Ensure team is accountable to company policies and standard operating procedures Navigate employee relations as needed

Job Qualifications Include

2+ years of experience managing a service-based business Experience with jewelry, piercing, or hospitality is a plus Ability to handle medical grade antibacterial products chemicals safely Driven and creative problem solver Must be available for 5 shifts, 40 hours per week (Monday, Thursday-Sunday) A passion for piercing Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 20lbs.

Salary: $70k - $80k
