Pay Range: $74 - 78/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
Independently perform sophisticated data analytics in a variety of environments using structured and unstructured data.Produce compelling data visualizations to communicate insights and influence outcomes among a wide array of stakeholders.Take accountability and ownership of end-to-end data science solution design, technical delivery, and measurable business outcomes.Engage in stakeholder meetings to identify business objectives and scope solution requirements.Use, maintain, share, and collaborate through internal code repositories to foster continual learning and cross-pollination of skills.Partner with cross-functional teams (including Data and Analytics) to coordinate rules on data usage, data governance, and analytics capabilities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Strong working knowledge of creating and editing Adobe Analytics dashboards, Camunda, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Strong working knowledge of data extraction in a variety of environments (SQL, JQuery, etc.)Strong working knowledge of Hadoop, Pig, Hive, NoSQL, or Spark.Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.4 years of relevant work experience if the candidate lacks a graduate degree.Previous experience in working for a large bank or in the fin-tech industry.Familiarity with Consumer and Small Business deposits, credit card, lending, and investment products.
