Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
Looking for someone to handle the admin side of HR.Data entry, writing and uploading disciplines/coaching, helping employees navigate the HR systems, will be involved in several meetings, going to career fairs, helping with new hire orientations, etc.Someone who can multitask well.Someone who has great attention to detail.Ability to communicate with all levels of the chain as you will be working with other employees.Little HR experience with a degree - preferably HR degree with some type of internship min experience.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
MS Excel experience - pivot table experience is a plus.Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc. Will provide direct support to the HR Director.Must have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in any HR related field based on position.To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc.Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need.
