IAM Technical Manager

Required Skills/Experience: Identity Access Management ToolsRequirements & Technical Specification writing Visio Process Flows Preferred Skills/ Experience: IT Project ManagerJIRAService Now Software Skills Required: Identity Access Management Tools Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):Candidate must be a well seasoned candidate with a deep understanding of:IAM tools and their relationshipsFacilitating requirements gathering meetings with customers and cross-department project team collaborationStoryboarding User Experience and VisionFacilitating Lessons Learned and RetrospectivesDocumenting requirements, to include use cases, testing cases, process flows, task list management and technical specifications.Visio- Candidate will be expected to create and modify advanced flows while in project meetingsExcel- Candidate will be expected to create and modify advanced requirements while in project meetingsKnow how to ask the right questions to capture crucial details necessary to assigned project and requirementsManaging request through ServiceNow ticketing systemManaging workload in JIRA, time keeping, budget tracking and JIRA reporting (JQL)Project Status reportingReceiving limited details and running with those details to collect the full picture from the project teamSelf-starter requiring minimal directionDescribe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:All documentation meeting expectations will be approved and signed off on by managerIncoming work will be reviewed monthly for proper maintenance identified by managerDue dates met on time, reviewed weeklyTell me about what their first day looks like:Walkthrough of documentation storage and upkeep expectations, identification of responsibilities, attendance of project meetings and working 1:1 with manager to establish expectationsWhat previous job titles or background work will in this role?Lead Technical Project Analyst.
