Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and implement IAM solutions based on industry best practices and standards, with a focus on CyberArk and SailPoint technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement IAM policies and processes.Lead IAM projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and testing.Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).Configure and customize IAM platforms, including SailPoint IdentityNow and CyberArk Identity Security Platform, privileged access management (PAM), identity governance, access provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC) to meet specific business requirements.Administer and maintain IAM platforms and systems, including CyberArk Privileged Access Security and SailPoint IdentityNow, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Monitor IAM systems for security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and stakeholders related to IAM issues and requests.Stay abreast of emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the security and efficiency of IAM systems.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years’ experience implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or other related security solutions (e.g., SailPoint, CA, IBM, BMC, Sun, Oracle, ForgeRock, CyberArk, ) in client environments3+ years’ technical architecture experience integrating multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and dataflow within these componentsHands-on experience with IAM technologies, including SailPoint IdentityNow and CyberArk Identity Security Platform.Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.Experience with identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint IdentityNow/CyberArk certifications are a plus.
