Immediate need for a talented Oracle HCM Developer. This is a 06+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in United States (100% Remote with Travelling 10%). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID: 24-18763Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Experience of 8 plus years with Cloud HCM. Modules– Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules. Oracle Cloud Experience is must - US and Canada.Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL.Experience in HDL, Fast-formulas, Extracts and OTBI Reports.Experience in Custom BI Reports and performance turning of BI Reports is highly desirable.Implementation experience of Fusion Cloud relevant of 3 to 4Years nice to have.Experience working in onsite/offshore model w/ experience working independently / collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines.Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for DataMigration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts.Good understanding of HCM Business ProcessesStrong expertise in relevant tools/technologies.Experience with Infolets and Dashboards along with BIP would be nice.Knowledge and/or Experience in VBCS preferred.Experience in Cloud Security – Roles is required.Experience with ticketing system like Client, JIRA, etc.Working with end customer. Reviewing incidents/enhancements and providing solutions for issues.Experience working with Oracle Support for Production issues.
