Job ID: 24-19096Pay Range: $47 - $49/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Providing guidance and direction to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions by referencing the FAR, DFARS and company policies and proceduresAuditing purchase order file documentation in SAP in accordance with (IAW) the FAR 15 Government Purchasing Manual (GPM)Providing guidance and direction to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions by referencing the FAR, DFARS and company policies and proceduresAssisting with developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulationsInterface with Procurement management and staff to assist in ensuring compliance to company policy and CPSR (Certified Purchasing System Review) requirementsCollaborate to identify and standardize discrepancies in the auditing process to ensure uniformity.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Pricing Analysis2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office softwareAbility to read, write and speak EnglishExperience interpreting FAR and DFARS, local and state law and regulations, and applicable international requirementsExperience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, AeroCMS and the Enhanced Procurement and Compliance Tool
