📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health, in Exton has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania. High Focus Centers is an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Eating Disorder Therapist to support our clients in Exton. Scope Of Position & Technical Competencies
Conducts group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy, as neededConduct level-of-care assessments in accordance to program needs.Prepares materials for facilitating sessions and or groups.Maintains client files according to program standards.Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff, according to program timelines.Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members.Maintains professional interpersonal communication with clients, referral sources and company representatives.Manages client files by having appropriate documents with in the allowable time frames.Attends meetings regarding client’s progress.Scheduled for 40 hours per week.Attends trainings, staff meetings and supervision as needed and according to program standards.Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.Maintains ethical boundaries with clients.Ability to support other programming in office as needed and as appropriate.Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education/Experience
Master’s degree in the field of mental health counseling or related fieldPrior experience with Eating Disorders.
